Can I purchase items online?

We do not currently offer online purchasing. We encourage you to come in or call the stores. We can ship, and we are happy help!

Is there parking?

Yes! The Wallingford Center has its own parking lot on the eastside of the building, accessible from 45th street.

Which bus stops near your store?

Both the #16 and the #44 stop right in front of Wallingford Center.

Do you offer plus sizes?

Yes! Yazdi II is our full service plus-size store, with sizes up to 4x.

What are your hours?

Both Yazdi and Yazdi II are open:
Monday-Friday 10-8
Saturday 10-6
Sunday 11-5

What days are you closed?

Both Yazdi and Yazdi II are closed on the following holidays:
New Year’s Day
Easter Sunday
July 4th
Thanksgiving Day
Christmas Day

When do you have sales?

We have two big clearance sales per year. Our Annual Winter Sale begins in January. Our Annual Summer Sale begins in July. Each goes on for a month, with discounts on pretty much everything!

Do you offer gift certificates?

Yes! Gift Certificates can be purchased in any amount, and they never expire.

Do you offer a layaway plan?

Yes! You may put anything on layaway, even sale pieces. All we need is 30% of the total purchase as a down payment, then a minimum of $5.00 per month after that. Layaway payments are non-refundable, but if you change your mind, we can issue you a Yazdi gift certificate for the amount you have already paid.

What if my rayon crinkle Yazdi label piece shrunk?

Don’t fret, it isn’t defective! Rayon crinkle fabric naturally crinkles up even more when it gets wet. All you need to do is lightly steam the fabric until the crinkles loosen up. You’ll find it goes right back into its original shape.

What is your return policy?

We work hard to make sure you go home with something you love, but we know that doesn’t always happen. You may bring back unworn, unwashed items with the tags still on and the original receipt within 2 weeks of purchase to:

1) Exchange for a new item
2) Receive a store credit (usable at both Yazdi & Yazdi II, never expires).

“AS IS” and $20 and under sale items are FINAL SALE. No exceptions.

Can I special order?

We are able to do some special orders from a few of the lines we carry. Please call the stores to inquire about specific availability. A 30% deposit is required for special orders.

Didn’t you used to be located…?

Our Broadway store closed in 2003 (building turned into a QFC!), the beautiful Mill Creek store (too young to not be recession proof!) closed in August 2009, and Pike Place location (parking issues and construction inhibited our regular customers from shopping down there anymore!) closed December 2010. If you have any unused gift certificates, store credits, etc from any of those locations, they are still good–please visit us in Wallingford!
